Work4All is a bilingual (Hebrew · Arabic) employment platform we designed, built and run end to end. It serves blue-collar and service roles in the northern job market — retail & service, food & hospitality, driving & logistics, cleaning and industry — with search and filtering, promoted jobs, verified employer profiles, saved jobs and alerts, and an employer posting dashboard. An AI layer helps match candidates to jobs, screen first-pass, and translate Hebrew⇄Arabic, and hundreds of auto-generated landing pages per field, region and town bring organic traffic.

The problem
Hands-on and service workers are poorly served by mainstream boards: postings are Hebrew-only, agencies take commissions, and small local employers have no affordable, trusted way to reach the right candidates in their area.
How we solved it
We built the product from scratch on Next.js and React, bilingual and RTL from the first screen. Worker–employer contact is direct and commission-free; the employer tools are simple enough for a small business; verified-employer badges and promoted (VIP) jobs keep the board trustworthy; an AI layer assists with matching, translation and drafting listings and letters; and auto-generated landing pages per field, region and town build organic presence.
What it does
