The problem
An underserved regional workforce had no jobs platform built for their language or reading direction. Generic boards felt foreign, the matching was crude, and small employers had no realistic way to reach the right local candidates.
How we solved it
We built right-to-left first, treating Arabic as a primary language rather than a translation bolted on later. Matching was tuned to signals that actually matter locally — location, language, role fit — and the employer side was kept deliberately simple so small businesses could really use it.
